- 1 teaspoon honey ( i used Manuka)
- 1 teaspoon oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 aloe leaf
Strip the aloe gel from 1 leaf and put in a bowl
add the other ingredients and mix well..
rub onto a clean face, leave for 15 mins or so.. try not to eat it!!
