Mix well in a food processor:
- Sunflower seeds
- 3 Tablespoons of Flax seeds
- 1 large tomato
Keep stopping the food processor and pushing down the ingredients so it is combined really well.
Then tip onto 2 dehydrator trays with teflex sheets and spread out quite thin in circles.. I score them like pizzas with a pizza cutter..this way when they dry out its easier to break into slices..
