- 6 ripe banana's (the ones with brown spots)
- 1/2 cup of ground flax seeds or psyllium husk
Blend well and pour onto 3 dehydrator trays with teflex sheets..
Spread out the batter with a spatula in a circular shape.
Dehydrate on 115 degrees for around 5 hrs.. Flip over (remove the teflex sheets) and dry for a further 2 hrs or so.. until the wraps are dry..
You don't want them too crispy but pliable..
They will keep for a few days..
