You blend well (in a blender):
- 3/4 cup cashew nuts
- 3/4 cup strawberries (can be frozen)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2-3 table spoons of agave nectar or honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 TBS of cacao powder
- 3 table spoons of chia seeds for around 10 mins..
Pour into 4 bowls or wine glasses and chill for around 3 hrs..
This will keep you regular as clockwork.. you gotta love chia:)
