Can I freeze my jars?

All our breakfast jars and energy balls can be frozen for one month. Please ensure you put them in the freezer on the day they arrive. To defrost, place in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours and consume within 24 hours.  Our salad jars and dressings should not be frozen.

How Long Will My Package Take To Arrive?

As all our products are freshly made to order, if you have purchased individual products from our online shop (i.e. not a subscription), we have an average turnaround from order to delivery of 3-5 working days, but during busy periods this may increase.  We will advise you if we expect your order to take more than 5 working days.

How does your subscription work?

We offer a choice of 4 subscriptions depending on your choice of subscription - breakfast, lunch, energy balls or the combo box, which combines all three! Your chosen subscription will be delivered every week to see you through!  

Choose the subscription option in our shop to set up a subscription, and you’ll also automatically become a member of our exclusive Glow Foodies club, offering you exclusive special offers and discounts as well as keeping you updated on our latest news!

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time - no contract, no commitment, no problem.

Are all of your products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes, all our foods are made from plant-based ingredients so suitable for everyone, including vegetarians and vegans.

Is the packaging you use recyclable?

All our bags and boxes are recyclable and biodegradable.  

What about my used jars?

All our jars can be recycled. Alternatively, why not use them to store your own ingredients and reduce your plastic consumption? If you return all your jars to us you also get 5% off your next order.

Are your products produced in a meat-free/dairy-free kitchen?

Yes, our kitchen is (and always has been) a 100% plant-based kitchen, so there is no risk of cross-contamination with any animal derived products. 

Do your products contain nuts or other allergens?

We operate from an artisan style kitchen and certain allergens are present at all times and in constant use, which may include mustard, peanuts, tree nuts (including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios), sesame seeds, wheat and soybeans. We do of course follow recommended guidelines regarding cross-contamination, but if you have an allergy you need to be aware that air-borne contamination is a possibility and our products may therefore not be suitable for you to eat as they may contain an allergen. We do not use any dairy, meat or fish in our products or in our kitchen.

How do I amend an online order?

If you wish to amend an online order, please contact us on hello@glowfoods.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible and we will try our best to make any changes. Because all our products are freshly made to order, it is not possible to amend an order after this time.

How long will my products stay fresh?

All our breakfast and salad jars will stay fresh for 5 days from the date of delivery (and the breakfast jars can be frozen if you think you will not consume them within this period) and our energy balls will stay fresh for 28 days if they are kept in an airtight container – always check the ‘best before’ date on the individual product packaging.

How much does delivery cost?

If you live within the following postcodes and meet out minimum order value of £10, there is no delivery charge!  Choose the Local Delivery option at checkout if you want your order to be delivered to any of these postcodes.

GU3, GU9, GU10, GU11, GU12, GU13, GU14, GU15, GU16, GU17, GU18, GU19, GU24, GU46, GU47, GU50, GU51, GU52, GU53, GU95, RG27, RG45.

If you're not in the above postcodes (or don't meet the minimum spend), we offer one fixed delivery cost of £5.99 per delivery. Delivery is limited to the United Kingdom only.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

At the moment we are unable to offer next day delivery from order placement.  Your delivery will take 3-5 working days from order placement.  Your order is always freshly made to order, and we ship using a next day delivery service from the date your order has been prepared and packed.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer same day delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment can be made by credit or debit card, either through our secure online provider Stripe, or via PayPal.  Just follow the instructions when you check out.
