Grains, greens & beans salad
How many times have you had to choose a slightly sad looking wilted salad from the deli bar because there's no other plant-based, dairy free option that isn't wrapped in carbs and doesn't contain falafel?! (Not that we mind falafel, but it's all got a bit samey!) Well - we've injected some new life into salads (we LOVE salad) with a range of ingredients that add texture and taste to this perfect lunch - combined with a range of OIL-FREE dressings, and all freshly made to order and delivered to your door! Less food waste, great portions, great taste.
Our layered grains, greens and beans salad contains green beans, garbanzo beans (that's chickpeas to you and me), quinoa, broccoli, spinach and shallots, all topped off with fresh basil and toasted pine nuts. We send the pine nuts to you in a separate little biodegradable bag to help maintain their freshness. You also receive a little glass jar with an oil-free dressing of your choice (choose from the drop down list when ordering). We love the Walnut & Balsamic or the Balsamic Thyme dressing with this salad, but the choice is yours! We think that our salad jars are best eaten on a plate - that way you get the full mix of flavours rather than eating it in layers - but again, the choice is yours!

Store in a refrigerator. See pack for best before date. Once opened, consume within 24 hours. Approx 252g per serving (may vary slightly due to nature of production).
