Quinoa & Courgetti Salad
Our Quinoa & Courgetii salad brings a bit of fun to your lunchtime plate! We love the spirals of courgette, combined with quinoa, cherry tomatoes, spinach, spring onions, fresh parsley, and fresh chilli. Our ingredients add texture and taste to this salad, and combined with one of our OIL-FREE dressings, this is a delicious lunch, freshly made to order and delivered to your door! Less food waste, great portions, great taste.
Our layered Quinoa & Courgetti salad contains courgettes, cherry tomatoes, quinoa, spring onions, spinach, parsley and red chilli. You also receive a little glass jar with an oil-free dressing of your choice (choose from the drop down list when ordering). We love this salad with either the Creamy Italian dressing or for a little heat, try the Sriracha, lemongrass & ginger dressing, but the choice is yours! We think that our salad jars are best eaten on a plate - that way you get the full mix of flavours rather than eating it in layers - but again, the choice is yours!
