Vietnamese Jackfruit Salad
Our delicious Vietnamese Jackfruit salad is the perfect combination of texture and flavours - we love the fresh crunch of carrots, with rice noodles and jackfruit! Combined with one of our OIL-FREE dressings, this is a delicious lunch, freshly made to order and delivered to your door! Less food waste, great portions, great taste.
Our layered Vietnamese Jackfruit salad contains jackfruit, rice noodles, spinach, carrot and spring onions, all topped off with fresh coriander, mint, basil and red chilli. You also receive a little glass jar with an oil-free dressing of your choice (choose from the drop down list when ordering). We love this salad with the Sriracha, lemongrass and ginger (hot stuff but works so well!) or our Lime & Mirin dressing for a little zest, but the choice is yours! We think that our salad jars are best eaten on a plate - that way you get the full mix of flavours rather than eating it in layers - but again, the choice is yours!
